Members deliver speeches from their Pathways curriculum, ranging from 5 to 7 minutes.

Impromptu 1-2 minute speeches on random topics — perfect for thinking on your feet.

Evaluations
Constructive, positive feedback helps every speaker identify strengths and areas for growth.
Common Meeting Roles
Toastmaster of the Day
Acts as emcee, keeps the meeting flowing smoothly.
General Evaluator
Evaluates the entire meeting, including evaluators.
Table Topics Master
Leads impromptu speaking with surprise questions.
Speaker
Gives a prepared speech from a Pathways project.
Table Topics Speaker
Answers a question on the spot (1–2 minutes).
Educational Minute Speaker
Shares a brief lesson or useful tip with the members.
Humorist
Adds humor and a few laughs to the meeting.
Timer
Tracks time and signals speakers with green/yellow/red cues.
Grammarian
Shares the Word of the Day and observes language use.
Ah-Counter
Counts filler words like "um," "ah," etc.
Listener
Pays close attention and reports on what was heard during the meeting.
Awards Master
Presents awards and recognizes members' achievements.
What to Expect as a Guest
No Pressure
Guests are never forced to speak during their first visit and can simply observe and enjoy.

Feel free to participate in impromptu speaking if you'd like — it's entirely optional and a fun way to get your feet wet.
